BEH articles to February 27, 2010. Now there is no limitation on topic

The PIEB just launched
global innovations portal (innovations-world.net) - new networking project for multifaceted stakeholders - those from
education and science, intelligence and intellectual domains and any
other producing new ideas. The Innovations World (i-world) is a new type
of worldwide project whose assigned mission is to share, exchange and
launch new innovative ideas and also to find partners, sponsors for the
projects in a global manner. The rationale behind the project is that we
believe that transaction costs of project partner-investor networking
will be reduced significantly when the stakeholders easily meet on this
global virtual platform.
